This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of this website, as well as the liabilities arising from such use. The purpose of the site is to present and commercialise NemkiBI, a desktop application for AI-assisted editing of Power BI reports.

Access to the site is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection provided by the user's own telecommunications provider.

Accessing this website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of every provision of this legal notice in the version published at the time of access. The owner reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and contents of the site at any time and without prior notice.

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the site and, in particular, agrees to refrain from:

• Using the contents for purposes contrary to the law, morality, public order or these conditions.
• Distributing racist, xenophobic or pornographic content, content glorifying terrorism, or content infringing human rights.
• Introducing computer viruses, malicious programs or any other system capable of causing damage to the owner's systems or those of third parties.
• Attempting unauthorised access to restricted areas of the site, to its information systems or to those of third parties.
• Carrying out actions that cause a disproportionate load on the site's infrastructure, including massive automated extraction of contents.

All contents of the website — including, without limitation, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design and source code — belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. No exploitation rights recognised by applicable intellectual property law are transferred to the user.

The NemkiBI trade mark and trade name, and the software distributed under that name, are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, decompilation or reverse engineering, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the owner's express written authorisation.

Use of the software is governed by the terms of sale and licence.

Power BI is a registered trade mark of Microsoft Corporation. Neither this site nor the NemkiBI software is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. References to that trade mark are made solely for descriptive and informational purposes.

5. Exclusion of liability

The owner does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the website's operation and is released from any liability for damages arising from unavailability of the site due to force majeure, maintenance or failures beyond its control.

The owner is not liable for errors or omissions in the published contents, nor for decisions the user takes on the basis of that information. Information published about the software's functionality is for information purposes only and may vary between versions.

The owner is not responsible for improper use of the site's contents by users, nor for their failure to comply with applicable law.

This site may contain links to third-party websites, including the payment process operated by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ). The owner exercises no control over such sites and accepts no responsibility for their contents, privacy policies or practices. These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, and provided that applicable law so permits, the parties submit to the courts of Burlada.
